# LotsMail

LotsMail is business email for your whole team on your own domain, priced per domain. Unlimited mailboxes, addresses and teammates, a full inbox on every device, and the AI agent you already use (Claude, ChatGPT or any MCP client) connected through MCP and REST. Group addresses (team@, sales@) that deliver a copy to each member's own inbox. Help when you want it. Control always. Your own agent reads, drafts and sends under the permissions you set per mailbox, and sending by agents is off until you turn it on. For agencies: a workspace per client with its own domains and mailboxes, free mailbox users who need no Lots account, an agency team invited once for all client workspaces or chosen ones, and white-label webmail (included on Business, an add-on on other plans). Mailbox users can see who can read their mailbox and are told when anyone is given access.

## Pricing
- One domain is one unit: unlimited mailboxes and people, 10 GB storage and 1,000 sent emails a month, on every plan.
- Starter: 1 domain; $5/month or $50/year (2 months free). More domains: $5 a month each ($4.17 on the yearly plan), paid from LotsTech Credits.
- Pro: 5 domains; $20/month or $200/year (2 months free). More domains: $4 a month each ($3.33 on the yearly plan), paid from LotsTech Credits.
- Business: 20 domains, white-label on every domain; $60/month or $600/year (2 months free). More domains: $3 a month each ($2.50 on the yearly plan), paid from LotsTech Credits.
- Add to any domain, on any plan: 50 GB more storage $2 a month ($1.67 on a yearly plan); 5,000 more emails a month $3 a month ($2.50 on a yearly plan); White-label $2 a month ($1.67 on a yearly plan). White-label is included on Business. New domains send up to 100 a day for their first 14 days.
- Pay as you go (no plan): $6 per domain a month from LotsTech Credits, charged daily, with the same allowance per domain.
- New users get 6,000 free credits, about a month of one domain.
Mailboxes, addresses and teammates are unlimited on every plan. More domains cost your plan's rate per domain; add-ons and extra domains are paid from LotsTech Credits a little each day. If payment lapses, sending stops, receiving continues for 14 days and then pauses, and stored mail is never deleted.

## Limits
Coming soon: mail apps (IMAP, SMTP).
Not offered: bulk or marketing email, automatic replies without approval.
