LotsMail help.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Connect the domain you already own and create any address: hello@, contact@, orders@ or your name. You keep your DNS provider and your website; you add a few records we show you, then point your mail to LotsMail when you are ready.
Which AI agents work with LotsMail?
Any agent that supports MCP, such as Claude and ChatGPT, plus anything that can call a REST API. Your agent signs in with your approval, and you can disconnect it at any time.
Can my agent send email without me?
Only if you give it send access. With read or draft access it can search, read and prepare drafts that wait for you in the dashboard. Every send counts toward your domain's sending allowance, the same as yours.
How many mailboxes and teammates can I have?
Unlimited mailboxes and teammates on every domain (agency teams up to 50 people). Each domain has 10 GB of shared storage and 1,000 sent emails a month, you can add more storage or sending to any domain, and adding people never adds a seat charge.
Can one address go to several people?
Yes. Make a group like team@ or sales@ in Console > Groups and choose who is in it. Each person gets their own copy in their own inbox. Only people in your workspace can email a group, so outside mail waits for you in Unrouted until you deliver it, unless you let anyone email that group. Groups are included on every plan.
Can I use Outlook or Apple Mail?
No. LotsMail doesn't connect to desktop or phone mail apps over IMAP and SMTP. It works in the browser on phone, tablet and computer, and with ChatGPT or Claude.
What happens to my current email?
Your current provider keeps your existing mail, and you can copy it into LotsMail with Import mail: Gmail, Google Workspace, Zoho, Yahoo or any host with IMAP, using an app password. Microsoft 365 and Outlook.com can't be imported. Drafts, Spam and Trash are not imported. New mail arrives in LotsMail once you point your domain's mail to it. Keep your old account open for a couple of days after you switch, because some senders take a while to catch up.
What does it cost?
You pay per domain, not per person. One domain is one unit: unlimited mailboxes and people, 10 GB storage shared by all its mailboxes and 1,000 sent emails a month. Starter: 1 domain. Pro: 5 domains. Business: 20 domains, white-label on every domain. More domains cost your plan's rate per domain. Add to any domain: 50 GB more storage, 5,000 more emails a month, or white-label. Pay yearly and get 2 months free. Or skip the plan and pay as you go with LotsTech Credits; new users get free signup credits to start. Prices: Starter $5 a month or $50 a year, Pro $20 a month or $200 a year, Business $60 a month or $600 a year. Each extra domain costs $5, $4 or $3 a month on the monthly Starter, Pro or Business plan. Pay as you go is $6 per domain a month.
What is white-label?
White-label runs LotsMail under your own brand, for agencies and their clients. The webmail on your own address shows only your brand, and sign-in, password and invitation emails come from your client's own domain, never LotsMail. It is included on every domain with Business; on Starter and Pro you add it to any domain. Your domain's mail (MX) and DNS records still point at LotsMail, as they do with any white-label mail service.
How do agencies run mail for clients?
Each client gets its own workspace with its own domains and mailboxes. Client staff sign in as mailbox users, free and with no Lots account. You invite your own team once and choose all client workspaces or only some. Your team role never opens client mail: a mailbox opens only when someone is given access. The mailbox user can see who can read their mailbox and is told when anyone is given access. White-label is included on Business and an add-on on Starter and Pro.
What happens if my plan or credits run out?
Sending pauses, incoming mail keeps arriving for 14 days, nothing stored is deleted, and it all resumes when you pay.
Is my data safe?
Your data is encrypted and backed up every night, with a locked copy at a separate provider, and we test our restores. You sign in with Google or an email code, so there's no account password to steal. You can export your data and delete your account at any time. Mailboxes have their own passwords for webmail, and a mailbox locks for 15 minutes after 5 wrong tries. If your plan or credits run out, nothing stored is deleted, and you can still read and export your mail. How we protect it: www.lotstech.com/security
Can I send bulk email?
LotsMail is for everyday business email. Bulk, marketing and cold email are not allowed. A new domain can send up to 100 emails a day for its first 14 days, and after that it sends up to its monthly allowance.
Where do I sign in?
If you have a Lots account, open your mail at lotsmail.to/app. Mailbox users without a Lots account sign in at mail.lotsmail.to, or at your own webmail address if you use white-label.
How do I give a mailbox to staff?
Add them as a mailbox user and enter their personal email. They get an activation link or a one-time password that lasts 72 hours, sent to their personal address (or copied or shared by you), never to the new mailbox. Webmail has Forgot password and a recovery email.
Can I restrict who a mailbox emails?
Yes. An owner or admin can open a mailbox's Restrictions tab and list who may email it and who it may email: full addresses or a whole domain like *@example.com. This is useful for an AI agent or a contractor who should only talk to your team.
Can I get a deleted mailbox back?
You can restore a deleted mailbox for 30 days from the Mailboxes page. To delete one, you type its address to confirm.
When does a domain start costing?
A domain starts counting the day its ownership is verified, not when you add it.
Can I move a workspace to another account?
Yes. In Console > Workspaces, the owner transfers it to another LotsMail account by email; the invitation lasts 7 days. They see what moves and whether their plan or credits cover it, then accept or decline. You stay as an admin or leave.
Is there an assistant in the dashboard?
Yes. Ask AI sits in the Console sidebar, and the full page is at https://agent.lotsmail.to. It works with your own role, so it can only do what you can do. Anything that sends or deletes shows a Confirm card first, and you pay for plans and credits yourself on the checkout page.
